Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hobart-Dishwashers.co.uk, operated by TT Commercial Trading Ltd. If you need to cancel or return an order, please review the information below.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel an order that has already been dispatched, cancellation may be accepted but an abortive delivery fee and cancellation charge will apply.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment by card has been processed, any card transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund. Due to the high value of catering equipment, these fees can be significant and must be passed on.
  • Specialist, bespoke and built-to-order units cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted with prior agreement from TT Commercial Trading Ltd.
  • Goods must be returned at the customer’s expense, in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • Items returned damaged may incur repair charges, at the discretion of TT Commercial Trading Ltd. If the goods are beyond repair, no refund will be issued and the items will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Restocking Fees

  • Any agreed returns (excluding faulty goods) are subject to a restocking charge.
  • Restocking fees vary depending on the product type and associated costs.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your unit(s) carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage:

  • Ensure it is clearly noted on the delivery paperwork before signing.
  • If the damage is severe, you should refuse the delivery.

By signing for the goods without noting any issues, you are confirming that the items have been received in good condition. Claims for damage reported after signing may not be accepted.

Return Timeframe

  • No returns can be accepted more than 14 days after delivery.
