Shipping policy

At Hobart-Dishwashers.co.uk, operated by TT Commercial Trading Ltd. we aim to make delivery simple, reliable and transparent. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Standard Delivery

  • Free delivery is available on orders over £175 + VAT to any UK mainland site.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from payment.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays).
  • Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are priced individually. If you order online, we will contact you with a delivery cost based on your postcode.

Next Day Delivery

  • Free next working day delivery is available on selected Hobart Ecomax and Ecomax Plus models.
  • To qualify, orders must be placed by 1pm.
  • Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • This service is delivery only and does not include installation.
  • Customers are responsible for checking postcode eligibility (some exclusions apply).

Timed Deliveries

  • Timed delivery slots are available on request at an additional cost of £55.00 + VAT.

Delivery Charges for Accessories

  • Manual water softeners: £15.00 + VAT.
  • Accessories and chemicals: £15.00 + VAT.

Delivery Method & Access

  • Deliveries are made by trusted third-party couriers using tail lift vehicles.
  • Deliveries are kerbside/goods in as standard. Couriers may assist with unpacking on request.
  • Deliveries may arrive on large 18-tonne vehicles (similar to a double-decker bus). Customers must ensure their site can accept this type of vehicle.
  • If specialist vehicles or delivery methods are required, this must be arranged before ordering and may incur additional charges.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable site access. Please check access points, door widths and final installation area before ordering.
  • Aborted deliveries due to access restrictions or units not fitting will be chargeable.

Inspecting & Signing for Goods

  • All goods must be inspected on delivery. Any damage or shortfall must be noted with the courier and reported to TT Commercial Trading Ltd. immediately.
  • If the outer packaging or unit is visibly damaged, please ensure the courier records this on the paperwork before signing. If damage is severe, refuse the delivery.
  • By signing for the goods without noting damage, you are confirming the items were received in good condition. Claims for damage reported after signing may not be accepted.
  • Signing as “unchecked” (or similar wording) will not be accepted for subsequent claims.
  • Once an item has been switched on and/or used, it cannot be exchanged.
