Thermal Disinfection Cycle:
The 12 minute cycle delivers thorough cleaning and disinfection of each and every item, achieving a minimum of 100°C on the contact surface.
- Intensive wash cycle with steam injection – maintained 65°C wash
- Rinsing wash cycle reaching 85°C hot fresh water
- Steam cycle - pulsed steaming until chamber reaches 100°C
- Cold rinse cycle - to cool down plate temp for safe handling
