With its space-saving design and dual rinse system (featuring a 4+3 wash arm configuration), the C815EA ensures thorough cleaning every cycle. The pre-wash zone boosts performance by removing stubborn debris before the main wash. A removable scraper tray makes it quick and easy to clear food waste, while straightforward electronic controls allow staff to monitor operations at a glance.
Cost-Effective and Compliant
Economical to operate and easy to maintain, the C815EA is also fully compliant with hygiene standards. An optional exhaust heat exchanger helps recover up to 11kW of waste energy, improving efficiency even further. A Class 'A' air gap prevents contamination from dirty water backflow, supporting a cleaner, safer kitchen environment.
