The Hobart PREMAX AUPT-10B is a twin-rack passthrough dishwasher designed for high-volume kitchens. It comes equipped with four plate racks, two open racks, and two cutlery baskets. Made with 15mm hood insulation and a fully enclosed design, it helps retain heat during operation, reducing energy loss and improving overall efficiency. While it doesn’t include tabling as standard, it can be added as an optional extra if required.
Complete Your Setup
Hobart offers a range of standard inlet and outlet tabling in set sizes to create a complete, efficient washing station. If the standard sizes aren’t suitable, we can also supply bespoke tabling made to your exact requirements — explore Hobart tabling options.
For sites in hard water areas we strongly recommend an external water softener is fitted to eliminate limescale damage.
