High Capacity and Versatility
Using lateral guide rails allows the UP-10B to effectively triple its capacity for GN plates and butcher boxes. This makes the unit incredibly efficient and could save you up to 1,000 working hours per year. The UP-10B, like other utensil washers, can be used for large utensils and kitchenware, and with its high throughput, this makes it ideal for efficiently handling high amounts of washware.
Excellent Wash Results
The UP-10B has two Premax line exclusive features which help give it an even greater wash result than the already fantastic wash results of other Hobart Utensil washers. Using VAPO-ACTIVE steam washing the UP-10B breaks up the structure of any encrusted dirt. This increases the washing temperature very quickly, and the higher temperatures also increase the effectiveness of the detergent. The wash results are further enhanced by the Detergent Direct Spraying System, which sprays detergent directly onto the utensils. This can reduce, or eliminate, the need for manual pre-soaking, and combined with the other great wash features, the UP-10B delivers some of the best wash results you can get out of a utensil washer.
Easy to Use
Even though there are so many great features, using them will never be a bother thanks to the innovative control interface of the UP-10B. The VISIOTRONIC controls integrate a single intuitive button control with a full colour touchscreen so any feature or wash cycle can easily be activated at the touch of your fingertips. The button also integrates a remaining time counter for any wash cycle you have running. Maintaining the UP-10B has also been made as easy as possible, with safety features such as the interlocked strainer which help prevent wear and tear and increase your machine's longevity, and its EASY-CLEAN concept design, where all removable parts that require cleaning are clearly highlighted in colour, and are easy to remove.
